About ICA

India Cultural Association of Portland (ICA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing Indian cultural awareness in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1980, ICA brings the entire Indian community together and provides a venue for people to reconnect with their roots.

In August of every year, ICA hosts the popular India Festival in Portland, Oregon, to celebrate India’s Independence Day. The all-day festival attracts over 10,000 visitors from all backgrounds. It never fails to delight with a mix of free live music, dance, and food!
