Disclaimers:

  1. All food booths must place cardboard or protective covering on the pavement to contain spills and prevent staining.

  2. All food booths must obtain a Multnomah County Temporary Food Service Permit and have it available for inspection.

  3. All food booths must provide a hand‑cleaning and sanitation system at their booth.

  4. All food booths must dispose of wastewater only at the designated disposal location.

  5. All food booths must bring a container with fresh water for food‑handling and sanitation needs.

  6. All food booths must carry liability insurance naming ICA as an additional insured and must provide proof of insurance at Pioneer Square.
